Returns & Refunds
We want you to love what you ordered. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Conditions
- Items must be unused, unworn and in their original condition and packaging, with all tags attached.
- Footwear should only be tried on indoors on a clean surface to avoid marking the soles.
- Proof of purchase (your order number) is required.
How to start a return
Email hello@shopquilo.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll reply within one business day with return instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Need a different size? Start a return for the original item and place a new order for the size you want, or contact us and we'll help arrange it.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
